Crochet Conversion Chart

I still consider my self new to crocheting. I am still learning the terms and techniques that might be useful for me.

When I first saw a crochet pattern and see all the abbreviations, I was like reading a paper with unknown language. Haha. Thank God my husband is so patient with me and he taught me how to read a crochet pattern, as well as the crochet terms and abbreviations.

So I made this crochet conversion chart just in case you want to learn how to crochet. Just click on the photo to enlarge.

Another batch of crochet MTOs and counting...

When I told we are running after time, yes that's so true. Crochet MTOs are pouring so we need to double our time in crocheting.

So here's another batch of crochet made to orders.

Crochet Hello Kitty booties, doll booties, t-strap booties, gladiator sandals and barefoot flowers

I have been receiving any orders for Hello Kitty booties. I can't blame them because it is so cute =) By the way, I made the red Hello Kitty booties, the doll booties and the barefoot flowers. While the brown t-strap booties and the yellow gladiator sandals were made by Daddy. He's helping me with the booties since we received so many orders of booties.

One of my lovely clients ordered these all. Actually, she's just pregnant when she placed her order and after almost three weeks, we have finished them all. She gave birth the day before we finished them all. I hope she will like them.

I am praying for a baby girl in the near future. I am dying to dress up a baby girl. Since my son is already 2 years old, I can just let him wear hats. And he loves his Mickey Mouse hat.

This is a white peeptoe shoes with powder blue ribbon. It's bottom is made up of two crochet sole that it sewn together so it will be a little hard.

Lovely right? So you can't blame me for asking for a baby girl right?

My Crochet Hello Kitty Booties

I have told here that I am working with a new design of Hello Kitty Booties. Well, I have finished two already and here they are.

This is the first Hello Kitty with a white face I made.

I am still fixing some glitches with the pattern I have done. Once I made it a little perfect then I will gladly share it with you. That's a promise. If I do forget it, please message me okay?

Meanwhile, you can order a pair or two at Momaye's Shoppe. Just leave a message and I will attend to you as fast as I could. Honestly, I am having a hard time beating the MTO deadlines since some of my lovely clients order in bulk. Imagine MTOs of 10+ booties for a client. I am figuring it out how can I apply the lead time if its bulk orders. Maybe I could adjust the lead time if it's bulk. What do you think?

But I am very glad that my clients understand. Thank you so much fro the trust.

My First Crochet Diaper Cover

As promised here's my first ever crochet diaper cover. I called it flowery diaper cover. This is an adjustable diaper cover.

Yarn Organization Part1

Our new batch of yarns arrived last Saturday. Thank you to Yarn Source Manila.

Here's my dear husband who is taking photos and organizing our yarns.

This is our stash of worsted weight, Baguio, cotton and acrylic yarns. The acrylic yarns from Familia, Red Heart and Monacco are not yet included in this photo. They are store in that black cabinet drawer.

I can never get enough of yarns already! Next time, I will show you how we organize them :)
